NFTs for Good
Take Heart is a collection of drawings by artist, educator, designer, and inventor André Sala. After suffering a stroke and receiving heart surgery overseas, his medical claims were denied by Medicare. To raise money for hospital bills and ongoing care as he regains the function of his left side, he’s releasing this series of artwork originally produced in the 1970s.
Take Heart is a series of 95 drawings inspired by love, created in the late 1970s. The pieces have been reproduced as paintings, posters, postcards, gift cards, books, coffee mugs, and now, non-fungible tokens. The collection includes 3 editions of each drawing in a different color for 285 unique NFTs.
Partnership with the Heart Project
Take Heart is collaborating with The Heart Project to launch this project for Heart Holders that came to support us during NFT NYC, and our international heart holders as well. Access to minting will be available to the first 140 to attend the Heart Project’s event on November 4th. The other 145 spots will be raffled to the Heart Project community. Owning the artwork will also provide some benefits as thanks for supporting the fundraiser. Check The Heart Project Discord for more information.
